Non-Insurance Fee Schedule:

• New Patient Initial Consultation and Acupuncture Treatment: $115
• Follow-Up Acupuncture: $95
• Follow-Up Acupuncture 4 Series Prepaid Package: $360 ($90/visit)

Please keep in mind:

Health insurance does NOT COVER fertility/infertility treatment. All fertility visits are out of pocket and we will provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance company.
Verification of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.
You are financially responsible for all services provided.
Insurance billing is provided as a courtesy.
Reimbursement is subject to your plan’s allowance per date of service.
Please call your insurance carrier about inquiries regarding claim processing.

Services such as Massage Therapy, Cupping, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Acupressure, Fertility Treatment, Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture, and Holistic Micro-Needling are not billable or covered by insurance plans.

We are providers with some insurance policies and carriers. We will submit claims on your behalf and reimburse you accordingly for all services rendered once claims are covered by your insurance company.
